So Wendy Williams called out Madonna the other day on her talk show after a photo of Madonna surfaced showing the 61 year old singer getting cozy with her backup dancer who is 36 years younger than her.
Wendy Williams called her a grandma and said that Madonna was “afraid to age gracefully.”
But Madonna doesn’t care….a source close to her said “At the end of the day, Wendy’s opinion really doesn’t matter to Madonna. She’s so used to people judging her, and if Wendy wants to add to the noise, so be it.”
Adding that Wendy is simply being ageist and it’s not okay,” saying that “Madonna is constantly fighting against ageism, she’s constantly getting judged for not being young enough and it’s really sad and tiresome. In Wendy’s case, it’s extra sad because she’s not much younger than Madonna. She should be supporting her fight against ageism, not tearing her down.” I think the one thing that we’ve learned about Madonna over the years, is that she really doesn’t care what anybody thinks….She’s living her best life at any age.
