Earlier this week, Netflix shared the news that Taylor Swift is getting her very own documentary!
Titled Taylor Swift: Miss Americana, the documentary will give viewers a “raw and emotionally revealing look at one of the most iconic artists of our time, as she learns to embrace her role not only as a songwriter and performer, but as a woman harnessing the full power of her voice.” That is quite the description! And seems very fitting after her recent award of Artist of the Decade along with her victory in her battle with Scooter Braun to own her own music.
All of this…and she’s not even 30 yet! Meanwhile, I still can’t fold a fitted sheet.
The documentary will debut at the Sundance Film Festival in January of next year. No word on the release date for the general public, but hopefully it’ll be soon after that.
