Billie Eilish has quickly grown in popularity and it showed at last night’s Grammys. She walked away with five different awards: Song of the Year, Best New Artist, Best Pop Vocal Album, Record of the Year and Album of the Year. Clearly, she wasn’t anticipating winning ALL of those awards considering at one point you can see you mouthing “please don’t be me” as her name is called.
Billie also commented that she thought that Ariana Grande deserved Album of the Year. Regardless of whether or not she thinks she deserves it, Billie just broke records with her wins. At the age of 18, she is now the youngest star to ever win Album of the Year, taking the record from Taylor Swift who won when she was 20. She is also the second person ever AND the first female artist to win all four of the major awards in the same ceremony.
Love her or hate her…she’s headed for big things!
